Reasons people book it.
Client meetings
A real room, a real table, and parking your client can actually find. Better than the coffee shop and cheaper than an office lease.
Team offsites
Remote teams that pass through the Flathead use it as a landing spot for a day of planning. Kitchen and patio are right there.
Interviews and reviews
Close the glass doors when the conversation should not carry across the open floor.
Training and workshops
A half day is $600 and covers the screen, the table and ten seats. Groups that run a session more than once tend to want the same slot each time, so book the series while it is free.
Board and committee meetings
Ten seats, a door that closes, and no banquet order attached to the room. Nothing to arrange beyond the booking itself.
Depositions and signings
A private room at a fixed street address, with wired ethernet for anyone joining remotely. Free to cancel up to 24 hours ahead when a date moves, which they do.

Ten is our ceiling. Here is what to do about that.
Whitefish has more meeting space than one room, and most of it is better than ours at things we do not do. Worth knowing before you book anything.
- Ten people or fewer, no catering
This room
Seats ten around one table, $400 for the four-hour minimum, $600 for a half day. A screen with HDMI, wired ethernet, free parking, and nothing else to organise.
- A conference or a banquet, forty people and up
Grouse Mountain Lodge, or The Lodge at Whitefish Lake
Both run proper conference space with catering and an events team: nine rooms and a new pavilion at Grouse Mountain, a divisible ballroom at The Lodge. That is a different kind of day to the one we are set up for.
- A meeting room attached to hotel beds
The Firebrand, or Whitefish Mountain Resort
If the group is flying in and wants to sleep upstairs from the meeting, book the hotel and take their room. We have no beds and no shuttle.
- Two or three people, an hour at a time, often
A membership
Guest bookings on the conference room start at four hours, so an hour here and an hour there is the wrong shape. A hotdesk is $200 a month and includes the small Level 01 meeting room and all six phone booths at no charge.
Before you book.
If yours is not here, email info@basecampcoworking.com and we will answer within a business day.
Yes. The Executive Conference Room is bookable by anyone online at $100 an hour with a four-hour minimum, so the entry price is $400. No membership, no application, no deposit.
